Reporting a maintenance issue has never been easier for tenants. Simply click on the link above 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the job will be logged with our Property Management teams.
All tenants must report maintenance issues via our website. This is to ensure everything is time and date stamped and a clear record is provided to both ourselves and you as the tenant. Not only this, our online reporting system gives you the opportunity to expand on details of the issue clearly – you can even attach accompanying photographs, to help us and our contractors better understand the cause of the problem so that it can hopefully be sorted out in one visit.
Reporting online is also useful as it can provide ideas for tenants to try before a report is submitted, which may resolve the issue.
Finally, there is the option of giving us consent for our contractors to enter your property with our keys, which may be more convenient for you, for example, if you are at work during the day.
