Lettings is in our DNA. Originally, this is all Venture Properties did, meaning our roots lie in this arm of estate agency. This is in marked contrast to most other agents whereby sales is usually their main focus and lettings just a secondary thought, an additional income stream.

We understand some landlords are happy managing things themselves and that’s fine. We will find you a tenant, reference them and draw the legal paperwork up whatever package you opt for. However, lettings can be a legal minefield with regular changes to regulations which you simply cannot afford not to know about, as they can have a real impact on the legality of your tenancy.

Our Fully Managed service takes the stress out of your hands (or head!) and puts it into ours. No late night phone calls to deal with, no rent chasing, no quotes for missing roof tiles or broken fences, no property inspections. We’ve got it all covered.

Even better than that, once your tenant has moved in, you will only deal with one member of staff – your own assigned Property Manager. Never any call centres and only dealing with staff that know your property inside out.
