Peter Richardson, a recent client at our Durham office, has given the staff there a glowing review after finding it very difficult to sell his property with other agents in the area.

I originally put my house up for sale in June 2013 with a local estate agent but this proved fruitless after months of trying. After trying numerous agents within the Durham area, I was losing faith that I would ever sell my house.
