The only way is up...Rentals rise and rise

The last seven weeks have seen a massive increase in the amount of properties that we have successfully rented. In the last 4 weeks alone we have successfully let an amazing 61 properties.

This is a big increase on an already high level of lets we do which indicates how strong the rental market is at the present time. The wide range of properties that we've let also indicate that there is generally no one particular level of the market that is higher than another with apartments, semi and detached properties in all areas going extremely quickly. We've seen several let agreed within a day or two at first viewings?

Terraced properties are the only slight exception to the rule. The amount being let is certainly not decreasing but is not increasing to any degree and is probably flatlining. This is partly down to the amount of terraced properties available to let being higher than the demand for them.Renting can be a great avenue to explore at this moment in time and we offer several different packages to suit all landlords.
