Our Bishop Auckland office celebrates its 1st year

Our Bishop Auckland office is celebrating it's first year of trading this month. The last year seems to have gone by so quickly and in that time we are delighted with the progress that we have made in the town.

Leanne Beattie, branch manager said 'I think we have really captured people's attention in the town. We're a well known agent in County Durham which helped us here when we opened and it didn't take long for us to receive instructions and sales.'

One of the real bonuses in the last year for Leanne was that fact that we sold properties quickly. "There's nothing worse for a vendor than having little or no activity with their property when they're wanting to move on, so that for me, was the thing that pleased me most. Word of mouth is definitely a positive for us now as enquiries continue to build. I think 2016 will be a great year for us"
