Welcome to our first newsletter of 2013

The year has started at a fast pace with very encouraging signs in the sales market, the lettings market flying and going from strength to strength and our property management department seeing more landlords electing to use our full management services. This latter development, which has been increasing throughout the last twelve months, has seen us very recently invest heavily within the Property Management department to offer several new improved software packages which put us right at the leading edge of technology within the industry. All the new services and products will be on offer to both new and existing landlords at no additional cost to them as we are determined to continue to raise the bar in terms of the service we offer our clients.

The Property Management Department also has had the advantage of expansion with Barbara Slack now heading the department and Stephanie Durr joining the team.
