New touch screens up and running in Darlington and Cockerton

We've recently added another valuable marketing tool to our portfolio by introducing through glass interactive touch screens to our Darlington and Cockerton village offices.  This technology means that the screens are operated through the glass.

The screens are ultra-high bright and sun readable and allow people to access an entire property portfolio, filter properties that suit their requirements, register their details, book viewings and even request a valuation of their own property. 

Director Carl Jenkinson said of the new system ‘The screens are really easy to use, they are similar to a giant iPad, but can do much more. They allow our clients to access them 24 hours a day seven days a week and as they are in the front windows the office doesn’t need to be open in order for people to use them. We’ve always embraced technology  as the more options we can offer people when they're selling, the better.  We are the only agent in Darlington offering the use of this fantastic technology."
