Matthew passes Industry Qualification

Matthew Laverick-Elliott, the Lettings Manager at our Darlington office, has recently passed his NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management, making him eligible for ARLA membership and has also helped improve his existing knowledge of the industry.

Matthew said, “The course was interesting and worked well as you are allowed to study in your own time and book exams when you are ready, provided all 4 units are passed within 12 months. We are now in the process of encouraging more of the lettings staff to take the qualification to help improve our knowledge base in the office and keep up-to-date with current legislation which is regularly changing.”
