Chester Le Street office sell two houses 48 hours after coming to market

The team at our Chester Le Street office have sold a property within two days of it coming onto the market. The property, situated on Beechwoods in South Pelaw had generated a lot of interest and sold almost immediately.

Sales consultant Dan Stephenson said  'The good news for anyone wanting something similar is that we have other similar properties available to view.'

The office also sold a similar property on Stanley Terrace Chester le Street the week before, again within 48 hours of it going to market. The selling point was a fantastic extension that the owners had added to the property which Dan visited to see for himself.

Dan said 'As soon as I saw the extension I knew exactly the people to call. We got viewings lined up immediately and a first time buyer had an offer accepted, so we have a happy buyer and delighted owner.
